Project Manager AI/English or Japanese

Job PurposeProject Manager (PM) is responsible for closely monitoring the schedule, scope, and budget of the project by motivating and guiding project teams while collaborating with internal/external clients throughout the software development process until project completion.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects .
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress according to the plans and share with all stakeholders.
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project .
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members&039; individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
Ensure information security in the current function.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long- term goals.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Use and continually develop leadership skills.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, achieved the guaranteed quality, within scope and within budget.

Must have:

5–6+ years of hands- on experience in technical environments, with proven leadership capabilities.
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Expertise in project planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder- facing abilities, with a track record of effective client and cross- functional communication.
Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycles from initiation to delivery
Excellent communication skills in English and/or Japanese, with the ability to perform well under pressure and foster strong internal and external relationships.
Strong awareness of information security, confidentiality, and data protection practices.
Proficient in project tracking tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the AI domain is a strong plus.
