The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and implementing all cross- functional improvement projects across Ashton Phu My, including areas of productivity enhancement, AI implementation, working condition improvement, and maintenance optimization.
This position acts as the main coordinator between multiple departments — Warehouse, Maintenance, HR, IT, and Production — to ensure that all initiatives are planned, executed, and monitored effectively. The Project Manager drives measurable results in efficiency, safety, cost reduction, and employee engagement, contributing to Ashton’s continuous improvement culture.
Project Coordination & Management
Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Maintenance, HR, IT, and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose corrective actions promptly.
Ensure project documentation, reports, and presentations are updated and shared with stakeholders.
Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with company objectives.
Lead and coordinate projects related to productivity improvement, AI application, automation, and working condition enhancement.
Cross- functional Communication
Serve as the key contact point between all departments involved in cross- functional projects.
Facilitate communication and problem- solving to avoid delays and ensure team alignment.
Organize project meetings, progress reviews, and update sessions with management.
Process Improvement & Innovation
Support the implementation of AI solutions and other digital tools to improve efficiency and data- driven decision- making.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost- saving through technology, layout redesign, or automation.
Collaborate with the HR and EHS teams to improve working environment and safety conditions in warehouse and maintenance areas.
Reporting & Evaluation
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on project progress, milestones, and KPIs.
Present project outcomes to senior management for review and approval.
Track ROI, productivity gains, and employee satisfaction outcomes of improvement projects.
