Project Manager Agile/ Scrum/ API/ Jira

Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for the day- to- day management of the platform development lifecycle, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will coordinate cross- functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Act as the central point of communication for the project team, facilitating collaboration between development, marketing, operations, and leadership.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Coordinate internal resources and external partners for the flawless execution of the project.
Facilitate key project phases, including the internal pilot with Sun Group properties and the subsequent public rollout.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and status updates for stakeholders.
Ensure that all project deliverables, particularly the technical platform, are completed according to the finalized framework and technical design.
Develop and manage a detailed project plan to track progress, focusing on key milestones such as the MVP 1 development and the public beta launch.

Qualifications (Must- Haves):

Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross- functional teams (technical, business, marketing).
Excellent understanding of Agile and other project management methodologies.
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the software development or tech industry.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from planning and execution to launch and iteration.

Qualifications (Preferred):

Experience managing projects involving cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or API integrations.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification.
Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
