Project Manager

Job Description:

Building project plan, coordinate with other stakeholders for the plan agreement.
Managing advancement and deployment of specific disciplines and technologies
Lead engineers to build scalable, reusable and efficient solutions.
Challenging the team to achieve difficult goals and empowering our team to make decisions
Monitor, follow and foresee the changes to keep to project on track, deliver on time with high quality.
Identifying and mitigating the potential risks
Acquiring, onboarding, and allocating resources
Providing technical coaching and career mentoring for the team
Actively participating in the engineering process and anticipating future needs

Required skills/Experience

People Management- Can lead a small team towards a common vision as part of project delivery.
Comfortable working with a team. Being accountable as a team. And contributing as an individual. 
At least 2- 3 years managing teams of engineers. 
Experienced in software development.
Good English speaking is a must.
Desire to grow and improve across the software career set: tools, languages, patterns and architectures.
Experience building and consuming API’s.  
Strong understanding of architecture and data management.
Strong understanding of software lifecycle, processes.
