Project Delivery & Governance

Lead multiple digital transformation projects across business and technology teams.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, resources, and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs).
Track progress, manage scope changes, control risks/issues, and escalate proactively when necessary.
Capture lessons learned and continuously improve PM processes, templates, and delivery standards.
Ensure quality delivery through clear acceptance criteria, UAT coordination, go- live readiness, and a hypercare plan.
Build and maintain detailed project plans, including timeline, work breakdown structure (WBS), resource plan, and budget tracking.
Prepare project status reports (weekly/monthly) for leadership and steering committees.
Establish and run project governance: project charter, RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), change control, steering committee updates, and decision tracking.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and data privacy requirements.

Stakeholder & Cross- functional Management

Drive decision- making, resolve conflicts, and unblock cross- team dependencies to keep projects moving.
Identify key stakeholders and their influence level; build and execute a stakeholder engagement and communication plan throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate discovery and requirements workshops, align stakeholders on priorities, and manage expectations.
Manage vendor selection activities (RFI/RFP), align contracts/SOWs, and manage vendor delivery performance.
Act as the primary point of contact between business teams, IT/engineering, vendors, and external partners.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Solid knowledge of SDLC, system integration, API concepts, and data flows (high level).
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross- functional projects with measurable outcomes.
Experience in e- commerce, aviation, hospitality, or large- scale service operations is a plus.
5+ years of experience in project management.
Proficient in project tools (Jira/Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
Have PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile (CSM/PSM) certification is a plus
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities; comfortable with ambiguity and fast- changing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong English proficiency: able to run meetings, write project documentation, and work with international vendors.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Hybrid).
