Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and optimizing the implementation of technology projects or digital products using Agile or Hybrid methodologies. This role not only ensures project timeline, budget, scope, and quality, but also drives the development team to operate efficiently, transparently, autonomously, and with continuous improvement. The PM serves as the bridge between the Product Owner, technical teams, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring the project achieves business objectives and creates tangible value for the organization.
Project Management:
Manage scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, and changes throughout the implementation process.
Collaborate with the Product Owner and technical teams to translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions.
Establish progress reporting mechanisms, KPIs, and dashboards for leadership, ensuring transparency and timely decision- making.
Monitor and ensure delivery on time, on budget, and with quality.
Manage vendor/partners, contracts, and coordinate internal and external resources.
Build, plan, and monitor the entire project lifecycle from initiation, implementation, control, to handover.
Agile/ Scrum Governance:
Ensure the development team maintains stable velocity, output quality, and a spirit of continuous improvement.
Coach and advise the Product Owner and Development Team in practicing Agile/Scrum. Lead the implementation of Agile across multiple teams, remove obstacles, and promote cross- functional collaboration.
Create a self- organizing, empowered, and transparent environment throughout the team.
Support building and maintaining Agile Release Trains (ARTs) or scaled frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and Spotify Model.
Facilitate key events: Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Review, Retrospective, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:
Serve as the bridge between the development team, leadership, Product Owner, business units, and external partners.
Promote alignment between project objectives and organizational
Report regularly on project status, progress, risks, and corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
Professional Expertise:
Over 10 years of experience in technology project management, digital product development, or IT systems.
Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Preferences for relevant professional certifications:
Implementation Experience:
Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders (C- level, Product, Business, Tech).
Successfully delivered large- scale, multi- departmental, or multinational projects.
Experience coordinating cross- functional Agile teams and distributed technical teams.
Strong understanding of software development, digital products, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Miro.
