Scope of Work
• Analyze, design, and document technical solutions to meet the business objectives.
• Lead platform- agnostic discoveries and suggest the best- fitting solutions, which are logical, meet business needs, and are platform- appropriate.
• Cooperate with Business Analysts to not only understand the client’s business needs and processes but also help our clients with building their road maps and backlog grooming of requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the entire process.
• Lead the development team to ensure that assigned duties meet the business requirements and the Company’s objectives
• Measure project performance and team members’ performance.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and identify, track, manage, prevent and resolve any project issues that may occur.
• Build and manage a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time.
• Manage adjustments to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client through clear communication patterns.
• Involved in the recruiting and (intern/ external) training of the Company.
Your Skills and Experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail.
• At least 03 year of experience as a Software/IT Project Manager
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, time management, and problem- solving skills.
• Experience working with Salesforce or BA experience is an advantage.
• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels.
