• Problem Solving & Decision Making: Proactively identify bottlenecks and resolve challenges to keep the project on track
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with executive leadership, clients, developers, product teams, and external vendors, balancing priorities and expectations
• Timeline & Delivery Management: Ensure project milestones and tight deadlines are met while maintaining high quality and efficiency
• Project Execution: Oversee the development of the stock/exchange system from scratch, managing risks, dependencies, and cross- functional collaboration
• Agile Leadership: Drive and implement Agile/Scrum best practices, ensuring sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives are effectively executed.
• Process Optimization: Contribute to developing, streamlining and documenting
• Communication & Reporting: Provide regular project updates, status reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders
workflows/internal processes to improve team and project efficiency.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Experience with Project Management tools and Scrum/Agile methodology;
• Understanding of software development process and delivery pipeline;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is a plus (but really, a can- do attitude and a proven track record of success would speak higher volumes);
• Have at least 3 years of project management experience in IT (Previous exposure with Fintech projects is a huge plus);
• Enjoy solving complex problems and take pride in it;
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other Project management certificate is also appreciated;
• A self- starter capable of leading stakeholders and team members with a strong sense of ownership;
• Excellent international client- facing and internal communication skills with the global team;
