We are seeking a Project Manager with solid experience in Agile/Scrum methodology to lead and drive product development projects, ensuring timely, high- quality delivery and cross- functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple product development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on goals and progress.
Apply Agile/Scrum best practices to manage and optimize project execution.
Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation and status reports.
Monitor project performance, quality, and team productivity, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and cross- functional teams to clarify requirements, plan sprints, and track progress.
Drive retrospective sessions to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen team efficiency.
Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
Solid understanding of software development life cycles and Agile frameworks.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
Proven track record of successfully managing Agile/Scrum projects and leading cross- functional teams.
Excellent problem- solving skills and adaptability in a fast- paced environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical fields (technical background is a strong plus).
5+ years of experience in project management for software product development.
Nice to have
Experience working in e- commerce or digital platform projects.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI- ACP).
Professional certification in Agile or Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM).
