On the job you will

Lead the successful implementation of change management projects that will have a positive impact on the company, these projects can be solely internal (i.e. executed within the company) or external (i.e. customer projects). You will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget, as well as coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. Responsibilities include:

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of multiple Change projects.
- Conduct Risk assessment and control to avoid or mitigate risks in projects.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion ofshort and long- term milestones.
- Manage relationship with Internal and external stakeholders.
- Report and escalate to management when needed.
- Execute Change projects while ensuring all aspects of the Change are considered: Business, People, Technology and Processes.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques and tools.

We are looking for someone with

- Design thinking & problem- solving skills.
- Capable of multi- tasking, good at time management, negotiation skills, and detail orientation.
- We’re looking for well- rounded, digital & business minded talents.
- University Degree, Certifications in Project Management or related fields arepreferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Stakeholders management skill.
- At least 3 years of proven experience working in Project Management or any related fields.
