Project Manager

Project Planning & Execution
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation, requirement gathering, planning, execution
to handover.
• Control change requests and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
Cross- functional Team Coordination
• Facilitate daily/weekly project meetings and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Track task execution, resource allocation, and delivery quality.
• Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and other internal teams.
Client Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Present project plans, timelines, progress reports, and delivery outcomes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation & Process Improvement
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as BRD/SRS, project plans, UAT plans,
and user guides.
• Contribute to improving delivery processes and project management methodologies.
• Ensure project documentation follows internal standards and best practices.

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in
software/technology companies.
· Experience with CRM, Loyalty platforms, Marketing Automation, SaaS, or Customer
Experience systems is highly preferred.
· Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project management
methodologies.
