PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Department: Engineering DivisionReport Line: GM of Engineering Division
Work Location:

Main workplace: Ho Chi Minh City Sales Office (office- based work).
Occasional business trips across Vietnam depending on project requirements.

Project management:

On- site response to quality issues, report writing and checking.
Day- to- day communication, training, management, and coordination with the EPC contractors
Primary response to on- site failures (in case of emergency)
Attendance of on- site work for rooftop solar projects.
Interaction and coordination with technical staff of customers and stakeholders
Management of overall construction project schedule, quality, design, construction, etc.

Development: Support technical reviews and evaluations for new services and business opportunities.

Requirements:

Knowledge of design and construction, including mechanical, civil, architectural, etc.
Experience working in solar power generation projects
At least 1 year of experience in project management
Ability to interact smoothly with clients, contractors, and other related parties
English business level or above
Basic business skills
At least 3 years of work experience
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in electrical engineering or related field
Experience working in/with Japanese or foreign- affiliated companies
Able to commute to work by oneself *Company car will be arranged for business trip.
Expert knowledge of electricity/electrical equipment
Basic IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, other basic tools, etc.)

Preferable skills

Experience in the energy industry (especially electric power and renewable energy)
Japanese business level or above, N2 or above
