Project Management Officer

- Support the PMO Lead in risk tracking, issue escalation, and process optimization across all digital initiatives.
- Contribute to team- building activities and engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative, high- energy project culture.
- Act as the central connector between internal teams and external partners (vendors, consultants, outsourced resources) to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and dashboards for leadership review.
- Manage vendors, contracts, and administrative procedures, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities, proposing solutions that enhance project performance.
- Coordinate and monitor project progress to ensure timely, on- scope, and on- budget delivery.

- Strong skills in organization, stakeholder coordination, and multitasking.
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle management and exposure to tools such as Jira, Asana, or ClickUp.
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or Operations Management, ideally in a digital or transformation- focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A proactive, detail- oriented mindset with a drive for excellence and continuous improvement.
