Description:

Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project progress and quality.
Track and update project status; prepare regular and ad- hoc reports for management.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Organize and facilitate project meetings: prepare materials, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate and liaise between relevant departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation (contracts, reports, meeting minutes, technical documents, etc.).
Identify and promptly report potential issues or risks; work with stakeholders to develop solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
Japanese: Native level; Vietnamese or English: business communication level.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Japanese nationality, currently residing in Vietnam (visa and work permit support provided).
Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role is an advantage.
