Project Coordinator - French language

- Manage translation works during the project implementation for smooth communication and understanding with the production team, sales agents and customers.
- Receive project information from Viewzz&039;s sales agents or clients and ensure an understanding of the project&039;s requirements before assigning it to the production team.
- Monitor the progress by communicating regularly with the production team to ensure that we meet our goals on time while maintaining the highest quality of results. Inform the sales agents and clients of any changes or risks affecting the project&039;s progress and time frame and recommend the appropriate solutions.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Provide administrative support to Viewzz&039;s stakeholders if needed.
- Collaborate with 3D team leaders to create project timelines and ensure the project implementation according to the agreed time frame.
- Cooperate effectively with other teams to provide recommendations and develop an effective workflow to create a super- easy working process and reduce back- and- forth communication with the clients.

- Competency in Microsoft literacy.
- Client handling experience in the related sector is a plus.
- Excellency in multitasking, organizational and problem- solving skills.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and under high pressure.
- Excellency in French and strong communication skills.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in a related field of study.
