Project Coordinator For Data Team

Track risks, blockers, and changes, especially those related to data availability, data quality, and technical constraints, and work with the Scrum Master to address them.
Assist in preparing estimates, scheduling meetings, and coordinating sprint- related activities.
Collaborate with Data team members, and stakeholders to align scope, timelines, and dependencies.
Coordinate end- to- end data projects including dashboards, reports, analytics initiatives, and data pipelines.
Work closely with the Scrum Master to support sprint planning, progress tracking, and delivery coordination for data initiatives.
Support requirement clarification by working with business stakeholders to understand objectives, data sources, metrics definitions, and success criteria.
Maintain project and data- related documentation such as requirements, assumptions, scope, milestones, and delivery plans.
Support managers with administrative and coordination tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
Support review of data deliverables to ensure they meet agreed requirements, logic consistency, and basic data quality expectations.
Provide clear and regular updates to the Scrum Master, managers, and stakeholders on project progress and delivery status.

Comfortable working in an iterative, Agile environment with evolving requirements.
Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem- solving skills.
From 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar roles in software, data, or technology environments.
Able to work independently and proactively support project execution from start to finish.
Clear communicator, able to work with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Good and clear communication in English
Highly organized, able to manage multiple initiatives and priorities effectively.
Able to work under tight timelines and adapt to changing priorities.
