Golden Owl Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail- oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects. You will work closely with cross- functional teams (Developers, Designers, QA, PO, BD, Operations) and directly with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
Your Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Track progress daily, proactively identify risks (delays, scope creep, resource issues), and escalate solutions when needed.
Develop detailed project plans including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and timelines.
Assign and coordinate tasks, ensuring team members understand requirements and deadlines.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Build trust with clients, gather insights, and propose suitable actions for different scenarios.
Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, maintaining strong and transparent communication.
Provide regular updates and ensure client expectations are managed effectively.
Quality & Risk Management
Maintain proper project documentation
Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet agreed standards and quality benchmarks.
Identify potential risks early, propose preventive measures, and manage issues before escalation.
Reporting & Collaboration
Maintain a professional and positive working environment within the project team.
Ensure smooth collaboration across teams via meetings, emails, Slack, WhatsApp, or other channels.
Report project status, risks, and blockers to higher managers on a daily/weekly basis.
Requirements
Must have
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong English communication skills (Speaking & Writing skills) (equivalent IELTS 7.0 / TOEIC 900)
Ability to adapt in a fast- paced, dynamic environment, client- focused mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in International Relations / Foreign Languages / Business / Business Administration/ Management or related fields.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Nice to have
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
Experience in project coordination, account management, or customer support (IT industry experience is an advantage).
Previous experience in IT outsourcing or software development environments.
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
