• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Education, International Development, etc).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a cross- cultural environment.
• Strong proficiency in English and Vietnamese, with ability to draft official documents and handle formal communications in both languages.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
Preferences
• Experience in international NGOs or development cooperation projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in liaising with academic institutions and government stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Korean language will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
Employment Conditions
• Benefits: Social, health, and unemployment insurance will be provided in accordance with Vietnamese law. In addition, the project will support annual health check- up for the employee.
• Leave: 12 days of paid leave per annum (in addition to official holidays).
• Travel: Due to the nature of the project, occasional business trips to Korea or other regions in Vietnam may be required.
• Probation: First 2 months will be probationary period, during which 90% of the agreed monthly salary will be paid. Failure to pass the probation period will result in termination of the contract.
• Start date: Selected candidate must be available to begin work in November 2025.
• Salary: To be negotiated (based on qualifications and experience).
