What you&039;re going to do

As a Professional Software Engineer you will design and implement sophisticated features for our tailor- made software solutions for renowned customers.
In your daily work, you will

Maintain software applications, components, modules or interfaces to databases and other applications.
Develop unit test package, execute test and document test results to ensure the quality of the program
Investigate all reported problems/errors and implement fixes for the Issues/problems so that the system can operate correctly and efficiently.
Assist in the integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing and implementation activities to fix the reported problem/bugs of the system to ensure the smooth execution of programs in the respective environments
Develop software conforming to design, program guidelines and programming best practices.
Collaborate with other Adnovum employees in cross- functional teams to achieve goals
Analyze functional and technical requirements to translate into application design using established design methodologies and guidelines.
Prepare and maintain up to date system documentation
Provides after office hours stand- by duty support on a rotational basis and may be activated onsite for urgent issues. There may be occasions whereby support duties outside the normal working hours will be needed for a short- term basis, e.g. during major production implementation or during peak activity periods. Standby allowance, off- in- lieu or equivalent will be given

What we&039;re looking for

To master this job, you should have

Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
Good communication skills in English
Advanced application of OO design, design patterns and SOLID principles
Proficiency in VB.NET, C, WinForms, WPF, .NET framework
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Good knowledge of Unit test, SQL database

Strong plus if you have any/some of following:

Experience with Elastic Search
Experience in Agile software development (e.g. state- of- the- art CI/CD tools and DevOps automation)
A keen interest to learn new technologies and to get to know various business domains
Customer facing experience with effective listening and interaction skills
Proactive mindset that is creative and solution oriented
Experience with .NET core, Entity framework
