Production Supervisor

· Control the operations of the Huhtamaki (Vietnam) to achieve planned product level and consistent quality at optimum cost.
· Ensure production and capital works are planned, developed and implemented on time and within budget.
To execute all activities on the production line toward “safely producing the high quality products and complying with legal requirements”
Main task :
· Performs to Huhtamaki&039;s Manufacturing Instructions and Quality System.
· Develops and manages personal work plan objectives of immediate subordinates.
· Ensures performance meets product quality requirements.
· Builds up the quality checklists for input, process, and output phases.
· Liaisons with inter departmental manager for the implementation of quality improvement projects.
· Identifies specific opportunities for product quality improvement.
· Develops, implements and drives action plans to achieve stated departmental business and personal objectives.

Experience: 2- 3 years
English: Good
Communication : Good
Education :University/College
