Production Supervisor

- Plan and direct daily production activities, including task assignments to the team.- Directly supervise the operation of machinery, especially Laser Cutting Machine, CNC Lathes, Milling Machines, Rolling Machines, V- Bending, and Robot Arm Welding Machine.- Ensure complex aluminum bending and forming operations are performed according to engineering specifications and drawings.- Continuously monitor product quality to ensure strict adherence to engineering specifications.- Guide, train, and motivate the production team to foster a positive and productive work environment.- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and contribute to performance goals.- Enforce all safety standards and coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep.- Supervise the accurate documentation of production data and provide regular performance reports.

- Technical certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.- At least 5 years of experience in metal fabrication or a machine shop, and machine assembly industry.- Strong hands- on experience with CNC machines, with a preference for experience in metal bending and forming.- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings (CAD) and understanding technical specifications.- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and problem- solving abilities.- Attention to detail and a focus on quality.- Ability to work in a dynamic production environment.- Excellent English communication to communicate with overseas fabrication units and top management.
