Production Supervisor

- Supervise the production’s procedures to make sure the production run effectively and meet the requirement of products’ quality.- Supervise workers’ performance at work whether they obey the company’s rules, safety as well as cleanliness in their working station or not. The implementation of these safety rules in the factory has to be maintained.- Supervise properties, equipment, goods in the factory will be stored in a proper place, fire safety, limit damages, loss of materials, in- process and finish goods.- Work with Planning team to plan the production and list of needed materials (BOM) according to delivery plan from Board of Director (BOD).- Tracking the progress of production of orders and ensure that the delivery time will match with plan which is proposed by BOD.- Make a fair and obvious assessment of worker’s effectiveness during the working period, consider about increasing salary or discipline who break company’s rules. Sorting the unqualified workers and recommend those to BOD to stop the labor contract.- Co- operate with other departments in supporting of delivery of goods (import/ export) compliance with product’s quality and required procedure.- Supervise the production procedures to ensure that the operation production run effectively and the products achieve high quality.- Supervise workers performance about applying company’s rules and health safety environment at work. Make sure those rules are followed regularly.

- Bachelor degree on Business Administration, Technology management industry- At least 05 years’ experience in similar positions according the factory assigned- Work independently- Build good relationships internally and externally- Organization and Strategic thinking- Flexible thinking and problem- solving- Team- leadership, persuasiveness, adaptability- A flair for appreciation of business workflow processes, systems and internal control- Openness, attention to detail and client focus, transparency and ethics- Using ERP system (Odoo)- Advanced Excel skills- Basic English
