Production Shift Leader

• Following and promoting company policies and health, safety and employment standards, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment
• Delegating tasks to team members based on their roles and skills, and providing guidance and support as needed
• Training new and existing team members on the best practices of compliance, policy, 5S regulation and other relevant topics
• Evaluating the performance of team members, and giving constructive feedback and recognition to both upper management and team members
• Overseeing the quality and quantity of work performed by team members, and ensuring compliance with company standards and customer specifications
• Planning and coordinating shift schedules for team members, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency
• Handling employee requests and resolving conflicts among team members and employees in a professional and respectful manner
• Tracking and reporting attendance, punctuality and time off of team members, and enforcing disciplinary actions when necessary

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Good problem- solving and decision- making skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations
• Flexibility and willingness to work different shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays (Working 2 shifts only, 6:00 AM- 11:00 PM)
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing setting
• University or equivalent
• Strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
