Production Shift leader

- Control operator work follow WI to ensure highest quality, quantity output.
- Supervise the workshop area and team to run production
- Work with PMC and Check plan to have arrangement resource.
- Make shift report
- Keep discipline on shop floor
- Driving KPI ( 5S, safety, quality, delivery..)
- Control production area 5 leader with around 300 operators on shop floor, such as discipline
- Driving KPI safety, quality, quantity in shift.
- Cooperate with PMC team to make stable plan for team run production with high productivity, Follow up shipment schedule to delivery on time. (OTD).
