***JOB PURPOSE
• To ensure Customers’ satisfaction, optimal shipments and transportation cost under control
*** Accountability Areas:
Production Planning- Key Related Activities
• Check component availability and release Production Orders
• Check missing components to confirm delivery/ output date to Motor Assembly Planner, push Procurement Staffs of the relevant components to get the goods in- house on time.
• Follow production status to ensure on time output of Stators & ACF and give backup plan if necessary.
• Create, follow, revise production scheduling based on Sales Orders and requirements from Customer Services and to feed Production Plan of Motor Assembly Lines
• Printing and issuance of production orders
• Support Sourcing, Purchasing in check missing components and Production Plan Capacity to advise lead- time of new products and/ or ad- hoc requirements from Customers

• Production schedule optimization
• On time delivery
*** Specialized and Technical Knowledges:
• College/ Vocational School Graduate
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to use Microsoft Office, experience in using SAP is a plus
• Capability to work independently and in the team
