Production Planner

Planning/Revenues:
• Make order review to production, review raw material and capacity
• Proactive ask Sale about more orders.
• Find out the best solution if the capacity can’t met customer request (Customer first)
• Update overall capacity for order confirmation customer
• Make production schedule and daily meeting production reality
Planning Communication and coordination:
• Changes of delivery due dates are communicated to relevant personnel promptly.
• All related documents should be communicated with production promptly.
• Working with production to expedite orders and ensuring that jobs are on schedule.
OTD and Inventory
• Daily update Schedule Adherence (SA) report
• Provide materials rolling forecast to shorten the lead time of raw material, do rework, re- class to reduce inventory.
• Limit the extra run to avoid the redundant WIP/finished good
• Update WIP, follow up and revise production schedule daily to maintain customer On Time Delivery

• A minimum 3+ years of experience in Production Planning in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in English. Chinese is a plus
• Teamwork & conflict management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and statistical analysis tools.
