Production Operator

Co- ordinate material team to get more material for mixing batch in case the making batch does not pass quality at the first time.
Follow strictly standard operation procedures- SOPs and Safety requirements
Pump solvent from tank farm into batch mixing tank.
Get sample after mixing, submit sample to QC for quality check & quality passed the batch.
Co- ordinateprocess engineer, QC to complete wrong first time batch.
Follow batch making instruction to weight raw materials, load materials into mixing batch, making the batch.
Other tasks assigned from direct Manager.
To do routine task such as : weekly audit 5S; BBS; daily move waste to waste warehouse; daily check eyewash / spill kit ....

Can be work hard, work over time, work in shift.
Good incommunication& learning.
Ability to work under high pressure
Have working experience in paint industry is preferred.
Result orientation / Initiative / Customer focus / Good team player

Education
