 Developing reporting procedures and systems to add value to department managers.
 Perform any other duties within the bounds of Company policies that are requested by the GM.
 Pre- production (planning) development.

 Cooperate with firm’s HR Department and develop skills training.
 To develop and manage an effective plan of overseeing the production process and production schedule, .
 Maintain and enhance health and safety guidelines across all processes in conjunction with HR and HSE.
Key responsibility: The responsibility of the PM is to manage all the functions of the production of the Company, under the direct supervision of the Operation Manager and Managing Director to ensure continuous improvements in operational excellence, cost down drivers, speed and inter departmental efficiencies.
 To enhance company’s LEAN work practices. 5S Kaizen etc.

 Strong leadership quality, time management skills, good planning skill & good in communication.
 Minimum 7 years of experience as Production & Manufacturing management or Factory Manager in metals/stainless steel products’ manufacturing.
 Managing people in a challenging environment – Good at learning as well as leading.
 Fluent English & be skill in using MS Office.
 Experience in Pro/Engineer, AutoCAD, and Solid Work knowledge is advanced.
 Willing to handle multi tasks
 Have an understanding that Leaders must EARN respect before they can receive it.
 Budget management Experience.
 Must have a machanical engineering knowledge base.
 Handle Complexity and Pressure.
