Production Manager (Footwear)

Manage production activities
Lead the execution of the upper production plan by managing the system and process including organizing resources in the areas of Cutting, Preparation, Stitching and Stockfit areas.
Ensure the Production Plan is achievable and optimized in order to best utilize the resources available, including manpower, machines and material
Manage work distribution within the organization and ensure organization charts and job descriptions are updated and properly socialized.
Ensure upper production performance, material usage and production output is based on the standard required and agreed lead time.
Manage the output and rejected product for next process
Manage the department’s organization, in order to improve department’s performance.
Manage Machine Maintenance function: Lead the maintenance team in order to ensure a proactive approach to the machines condition, minimizing downtime.
Ensure employees work safely by following EHS rules and standards.
Manage the discipline of the employees.

Good command of English is a MUST.
Specialized in Manufacturing / Production Operations or equivalent.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
At least 5 years’ experience in the related field is required with a minimum of 3 years in managerial functions.
