Lead continual improvement, preventive action, and permanent corrective action on quality, delivery, and efficiency to achieve company targets and business objectives.
Managing production quality, capability, and productivity from the pre- launch stage throughout production and EOP.
Indoctrinating quality mindset, quality policy, concept of GMP, and automotive standards to all levels of employee…
Ensuring effective implementation and conformity with company business operating procedures and customer requirements, industry standards, laws, and regulations.
Take responsibility as a member for an integrated management system (IMS) relating to production and maintenance overall: communicate IMS policy, and KPI; track periodical KPI; establish or revise documentation; prepare for internal audit, certification body audit, customer audit, complete correction, corrective action report, prepare input for management review, give proposed improvement idea.
Managing effective production planning, manufacturing, in- process quality, efficiency, TPM, and delivery to meet customer’s demands without the extra cost of expeditions.

Knowing about 5 core tools is a plus.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Good Microsoft Office skills
Bachelor’s degree in an Automobile, Mechanical or Mechatronic field or higher
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
Know knowledge of VDA 6.3 or IATF 16949 internal auditor is a plus
Good English communication skills
