Production Manager

Receive and consolidate reports, providing periodic updates directly to the BOD.
Closely supervise raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
Collaborate with R&D and QC teams to ensure product quality meets standards.
Report regularly to the Board of Directors on production status and propose improvements.
Establish, improve, and supervise processes, policies, departmental plans, and handle issues arising during production.
Advise on organizational structure and workforce allocation to achieve high efficiency and optimal cost.
Manage all production activities within quality and personnel parameters, ensuring strict compliance with processes and quality standards.
Liaise with other departments (Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Marketing, Sales) to ensure efficient production operations.
Work with the HR & Administration Department to build performance evaluation systems for staff.
Monitor production progress to ensure output, quality, and efficiency optimization.
Develop production plans in line with orders and the company’s business strategy.
Propose initiatives to increase capacity, enhance quality, and identify necessary resources.
Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.
Coordinate with the Engineering Department to manage and control machinery, equipment, and fire safety systems.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Production Management, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.
In- depth knowledge of GMP and other production standards.
At least 5–7 years of equivalent experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food production.
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proven leadership, people management, problem- solving, and process improvement capabilities.
