Production Development

Project Preparation & Coordination:
Prepare and manage materials for production, including consumables and internal materials (e.g., tray, carrier, magazine).
Collect Station, glue, stage time information and send to IT team for maintain the SFC system.
Coordinate the customs registration application process.
Perform BOM (Bill of Materials) and allocation checks.
Create CPF file according to process flow.
Conduct project kickoffs within the Production Design System (PDS).
Material Management:
Oversee the management and preparation of free samples (return and stock management).
Perform inventory counts (adhesive, warehouse stock) and update inventory status regularly.
Perform material requisition applications for different stages (e.g., DOE, FA).
Manage materials for internal production, ensuring availability of parts for various stages (finished samples, semi- finished samples).
Conduct material storage and module storage management.
System Management & Documentation:
Maintain and update Nimbus Build Matrix, and Allocation.
Release internal project codes in the system.
Create and modify part numbers (P/N), BOM, and engineering information.
Maintain and update WIP system.
Build and Production Tracking:
Track and provide updates on build status (SMT, FOL, EOL).
Coordinate and follow up on the SMT, FOL and EOL builds.
Create and track work orders (WO).
Release Special Working Flow Requests (SWR).
Address and resolve build issues, provide feedback, and report on I/O (Input/Output) issues.
Conduct morning meetings to track progress and discuss issues.
Shipping and Logistics:
Shipment lot summaries.Arrange and manage shipment logistics.Update ETD (Estimated Time of Departure), ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), and tracking numbers in the system.Coordinate shipping samples selection and preparation of shipping labels.Ensure timely material requisition and delivery for different needs (e.g., DOE, FA).
Warehouse and Inventory Management:Oversee NPI (New Product Introduction) warehouse stock clearance.Manage and confirm material requisition and preparation processes.Ensure the efficient picking, transfer, and tracking of materials within the warehouse.Perform regular and daily inventory counts (full stock and change counts).Track and manage material return and confirm requisition status.
Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) after C4.0 compliance stage.Provide a comprehensive build cost summary and track the financial impact of production processes.Collaborate with the team for feedback and issue tracking in the build process.

Experience: Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a focus on production management, production planning, or coordination.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply chain/Industrial management, or a related field.
Skills:
Familiarity with BOM management, part numbers, and engineering documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work with cross- functional teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Language: Proficiency in English (additional Chinese language skills are a plus).
Working Conditions:
Full- time, on- site position.
Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines and production schedules.
