Production Control Planner/Material Control Planner (SHTP - Dist.9)

Position: Production Control Planner
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Weekly/Monthly loading and Capacity analysis, drive for solution if resources have risk to support customer demand.
JOB SUMMARYThis position is responsible for develop/maintain Master Production Schedule & Daily Production Schedule within the limitations of the line rate and internal and external constraints to ensure on time delivery (OTD) performance, satisfy customer&039;s request. Simultaneously, optimize operation cost via smart planning in production schedule.
- Support the team in department/operation team for strategy projects/problem solving.
- Work closely with Material Buyer to comprehend and driving demand in MRP.- Reporting and driving KPIs/Objectives of global, manufacturing or internal department.
- Resources planning to meet customer demand- Develop / Maintain daily level loaded Master Production Schedule / Daily Production Schedule which meet customers demand and provide realistic promise date to customer.
- Coordinate with related departments/functions for problem solving, project implement or special priorities are required.
- Inventory control (RM, WIP, FG), E&O optimization.
- ERP parameters maintenance, work with related departments to have update planning database.
- Respond to inquiries from Sales team/ Customers regarding delivery of new or existing orders.
- Other tasks from superior.
Position: Material Control Planner
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES- Confirm the material ready date to satisfy customer orders (new order (MR), pull- push, cancel, swap POs).
JOB SUMMARYPlan, purchase and control material supply, deliveries, vendors, prevent excess & obsolete and optimize inventory
- Tooling life (die- casting, plastic, stamping,…), capacity control, generating budget of duplicate toolings, duplicate tooling suggestion, qualification control follow up (if assigned).
- Managing Engineer change request (ECO), source rule, BOM.- Driving KPIs of departments.
- Sending forecast for vendors to prepare raw, localization cut off.
- Dealing with vendors & related dept for defectives, shortage, loss, damage.
- Other tasks assigned by direct superior.
- Release PO based on MOQ/MOV, lead time, system demand.
- Preparing reports of departments belonging to the scope of works.
- Control/Develop vendor capacity, processes, raw materials, risk of supply, knowledge training, defects, loss, ….
- Initiating and executing continuous improvement for workflow, projects, GK, reducing workload.- Controlling WH space, aging of materials, supply control.
- Controlling CDS reconcile, customs issues with customs team.
- Monitoring delivery from vendors OTIF, solving problems related to the deliveries.
- Minimizing the excess & obsolete stocks, controlling expired date, hazardous goods.
- Supplier performance evaluation, supplier visit for audit.

Education
University graduated. and above in Supply Chain, Economic or Engineering
Experience
Minimum 2- 3 years&039; experience in supply chain/planning/material control.
Knowledge
- Good level in English (Chinese is an advantage)

- Fluency in Microsoft Office, VBA/Macro is bonus

- Working knowledge of ERP system, Oracle is bonus.

- Good presentation/computer skill is preferential
