About this team:
The lululemon Liaison Office (LLO) team is dedicated to ensuring our products are produced of the highest quality, delivered when we need them, and manufactured with partners who share our commitment to elevating the world. Not only do we manage the production of great product, we also build great relationships.
A day in the life:
- Prepare and analyze production reports
- Coach vendors cross- check their system and pre- alert any discrepancies
- Coach vendors to fulfill LLO ad- hoc project requests and data support
- Flexible and able to handle ad hoc projects/tasks to meet business needs
- Monitor PO data are up to date until shipment
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams for order management changes and WWMT label
- Support Merchandising Manager for WIP and PO management
