Product Support Analyst

Job Summary

• Study product knowledge and customer requirements

and preventive action of the issue via email to the client
• Test simple WIs in sprint
• Do other tasks requested by Team Lead

Job Qualifications
Educational Background
r relevant experience in Web/application/IoT/SaaS product support
Bachelor&039;s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information System Or related filed.
Knowledge & Skills
● Able to read, listen, and write in English at a basic level
● Basic presentation and communication skills
● Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
● Basic knowledge of testing concepts
● Basic troubleshooting skills
Experience
● Have knowledge in providing customer support for a Web/SaaS product

At Least 6 month working in IT filed
Have knowledge in Agile/ Scrum
