Position: Integrated Risk Management Intern – Product Risk team – Basel 2 Project- Integrated Risk Management Department
Job description

Support to prepare various kinds of periodical internal reports to senior management (E.g. Product Committee Performance report, Product risk trigger report, etc.);
Support to implement digitization projects to enhance the efficiency and quality of product development and approval processes
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by team leader, managers
Support to revising Product Development, Approval and Management Policy & internal regulation to ensure compliance with internal regulations, operational needs and international best practice
Support other team members in preparing data, information and report to requests or enquires from senior management;
Support other team members in handling applications/proposals and all required document/information to Product committee as well as preparing meeting material, meeting minutes (if needed)

Fluency in English (4 skills) is a must.
Proficient MS Office skill (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent skills in critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, coordinating, and learning new concepts.
Excellent skills of communication and team work are required.
Senior student or higher level majored in Economics, Finance, Banking, Risk Management or other related major.
Willingness to work with international requirements and standards.
