● Deep Discovery: Lead the team to dive deep into operations. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks in the workforce process and uncover hidden opportunities for efficiency.
● Stakeholder Management: Act as a facilitator between Operations, HR, and Tech. You will negotiate trade- offs and ensure everyone moves in the same direction.
● Product Delivery: Orchestrate the development of complex modules (Shift planning, Dynamic pricing/incentives, Mass recruitment tools). Balance the speed of delivery with system stability.
● Strategic Planning: Define the long- term pictures and roadmap for HR Tech. Align product strategy with business goals (Income growth vs. Cost optimization).
● Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and empower a high- performing team of Product Owners. Foster a culture of "Discovery first, Delivery second."

We are less concerned with "years of experience in a specific tool" and more interested in your mindset and problem- solving skills.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Logistics, Software Development, Information Systems, or a related field.
● Ownership & Growth Mindset: You are ambitious and proactive. You don&039;t wait for instructions; you see a problem, and you own the solution until it&039;s resolved.
● Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You can explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and business goals to the tech team.
● User- Centric: A passion for creating products that delight users, even if those users are internal staff or drivers.
● Strong Analytical & Problem- Solving Skills: You love data. You have the ability to interpret complex datasets to make informed decisions and defend your product choices.
● Experience: 3+ years in Product Management or Business Analysis, with experience in a Leadership/Managerial role or leading complex projects.
