Product Owner (eCommerce Web/App)

Define and own the web/app product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

Lead the enhancement of website and mobile app usability, performance, and conversion funnel optimization.

Conduct customer journey analysis, A/B testing, and data- driven decision- making to improve key metrics such as retention and conversion rates.

Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver product features and improvements in an Agile environment.

Work with marketing and commercial teams to drive promotions, loyalty programs, and customer engagement strategies.

Stay up to date with eCommerce trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to ensure best- in- class experiences.

Define and monitor KPIs (e.g., page load speed, bounce rates, checkout completion) and continuously optimize based on data insights.

Manage backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure high- quality and timely delivery.

Partner with marketplace integrations, third- party logistics, and payment gateway providers to enhance customer experience.

Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards for online transactions.

Must have:

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in eCommerce, digital platforms, or B2C web/app development.

Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), customer journey mapping, and UI/UX best practices.

Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.) to drive data- informed decisions.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in backlog management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).

Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and growth strategies for eCommerce platforms.

Proven ability to collaborate across teams (engineering, marketing, operations, and design).

Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast- paced environment.

Experience in working with mobile app and web development teams.

Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese (preferred).

Experience with marketplace integrations (e.g., Shopee, GrabMart, etc.), third- party logistics providers, back- office ERP, OMS...

Background in the retail or pharmacy industry.

Familiarity with React Native (for mobile) and Next.js (for web).
