Product Owner Cum Business Analyst Agile/Scrum

Communicate and provide internal training on new features or product updates for relevant departments.
Monitor product performance, analyze user behaviors and usage data to propose improvements.
Manage the product backlog: create, prioritize, track, and update items based on development progress and user feedback.
Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders.
Participate in UAT, acceptance testing, and support product rollout.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure feasibility and efficiency of proposed solutions.
Act as the bridge between the product development team (developers, designers, QA) and business stakeholders to ensure the product is built according to business needs and objectives.
Prepare requirement documentation such as BRD, PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.

Solid understanding of product development processes (Agile/Scrum) and business analysis methodologies.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Economics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, Miro is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Good English communication skills.
1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a tech company; experience covering both roles is a plus.
Logical thinking and strong analytical skills, with a user- centric mindset.
Passion for sports and strong knowledge of football (soccer), .
