Product Owner

Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects.
Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
Determine roadmaps for products in the creation phase.
Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release
Leading the development process
Managing and prioritizing product backlog items
Defining product features according to customer needs
Acting as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders
Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders
Be assigned tasks and report directly to the Lead Product Owner/ CTO
Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects.
Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
Identifying areas of improvement
Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process

Strong presentation skills
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
In- depth knowledge of Agile methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, management information system (MIS) or related field
Understanding of basic software design concepts and user interface controls
Proficient writing skill of Scope of Work preferred.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
2+ years working experience as a product owner.
Agile project management related certifications preferred.
Understanding of business value around feature/functions
Experience with task management, agile development, and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, G- Suite, Figma, etc.,)
