Product Operations Executive (Chinese required)

Market and product research:

Provide insightful contributions to support product selection for publishing.
Understand customer preferences in the target market.
Support the process of researching and evaluating products.

Game testing:

Trial to understand features and events within games
Check product quality and develop solutions to address encountered issues

Product operations:

Plan short- term/long- term operations and design activities/events for the product to optimize revenue generation.
Contribute to the operation of systems, ensuring the stability of the product.
Participate in creative processes and propose new ideas to develop in- game content/ events aimed at maintaining/ improving the product experience and revenue.
Coordinate with other departments to execute promotional campaigns, community building, customer support,... for the product.
Collaborate with partners and internal teams to integrate/ build systems for the product to operate effectively in target markets.

Data analyzing:

Collect and analyze specific product data regularly for reporting product health.
Gather customer information/ opinions/ feedback and track metrics to analyze player behavior, thereby improving content and product development.

Customer support:

Understand player opinions and feedback on the product to provide timely and efficient support to the gaming community.

Strong logical assessment and troubleshooting.
Having 1 to 2 years of experience in product operations. Prior experiences in game product operations is a plus.
Demonstrates strong teamwork skills, with a high commitment to job goals.
Possesses the ability to articulate ideas and communicate effectively.
Regularly updating knowledge of customer needs and preferences.
Business proficient level of Chinese is a must.
