Phuc Giang Co., Ltd abbreviated as PGI was established in 2007, formerly the company DAPT (2002). With nearly 20 years of experience in the audio field and more than 10 years of cooperation with Harman (the world&039;s leading audio corporation, owning famous audio brands such as Harman/Kardon, JBL, AKG, etc.).
The products that are being represented and distributed by PGI in Vietnam are: Harman/ Kardon, JBL, JBL Pro, AKG, Whafardale Pro, TEAC, etc...
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Planning:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop a comprehensive product roadmap based on market insights and company goals.
Learn and analyze documents (English, Vietnamese) on technology development trends for consumer audio and home audio products in Vietnamese and world markets.
Collaborate with the execution team to define and align product development strategies with overall business objectives.
Product Ideation and Conceptualization:
Evaluate and prioritize product concepts based on feasibility, market demand, and strategic alignment.
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative product ideas.
Work closely with design and engineering teams to translate concepts into viable product prototypes.
Project Management:
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of products to market.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project goals.
Market Launch:
Manage content, specs, saleskit and updates for customer and internal touch points, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.
Develop advertising & promotion plan, creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising, promotion and public- facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
Develop communication training materials about products.
Develop and execute go- to- market strategies for new product launches.
Requirements:
Documenting, reporting and presentation skill, SQL or power BI is avantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in product development or brand & product marketing positions.
Solid knowledge of e- commerce, and social media advertising.
Strong research and data synthesis skills.
Bachelor‘s degree in Product Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience working in the audio, electronics, and Cross Border Seller industries is an advantage.
