Product Strategy & Vision

Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, aligned with business objectives and market needs.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
Balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals to deliver value- driven solutions.

Project Management

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including requirement analysis, planning, execution, deployment, and post- launch evaluation.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to refine processes and resolve roadblocks.
Ensure on- time delivery of high- quality products by managing timelines, resources, and scope effectively.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user- centric designs and maintain alignment with brand identity.
Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and efficient implementation.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and keeping them informed.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and industry practices to maintain a competitive edge
Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and use insights to drive iterations and enhancements.
Establish and maintain a design system to ensure scalability and consistency across products.

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated track record of stakeholder engagement and alignment.
5+ years of experience in product management, software development, or related fields.
Proven ability to lead cross- functional teams and successfully manage complex projects.

Nice- to- Have

Certification in PMI, Agile, or Scrum.
Or experience in fintech, SaaS, or investment platform development.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps principles.
Exposure to UX/UI design principles and tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in SaaS, E- commerce, or Q- commerce product development.
