Product Manager Agile/ Scrum

We are looking for strong experienced Product Manager who will join in our amazing team and work with client to understand their business need about product in E- commerce, E- wallet and Fintech, etc. Your key responsibilities are:

Work collaboratively with cross- functional teams across the organization.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communication
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders across multiple countries.
Perform other assigned tasks
Manage a team of software developers, providing direction and support to ensure successful project execution
Plan and manage software development projects, including defining project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
Manage project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure timely, qualified and successful delivery of software development projects.

Strong organizational and problem- solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills to influence strategy, prioritize business outcomes, and develop strategic roadmaps for business units/domains.
At least 5 years of experience in software development project management
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proven ability to lead and manage a business outcomes backlog, maintaining a portfolio- level view of the business domain.
Experience managing teams of software developers
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
Experience in implementing and managing agile and scrum practices within large, regulated organizations with legacy systems.
