Product Manager

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
Assist in the development of user stories and acceptance criteria for product backlog management.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
Define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs and company goals.
Participate in enterprise digital transformation projects, focusing on enhancing processes such as human resource management, recruitment, production, sales, and cost management.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Ability to define AI- enabled product opportunities and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
Proficiency in SQL Server, Data Analysis, and Business Analysis.
Understanding of prompt engineering and AI- assisted decision- making is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Familiarity with digital transformation projects is advantageous.
Experience evaluating and applying AI solutions to enhance product features or operational efficiency.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Coordinator is highly desirable.
Proficiency in UX Design and understanding of production support processes.
