Product Development
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including marketing team, technician,legal and quality assurance, to bring products from concept to market.
- Oversaw the creation and testing of prototypes, evaluating the outcomes and collaborating with the design and quality teams to make the required adjustments..
- Manage the audio category&039;s product selection to make sure it satisfies consumer demands and complements brand positioning..
- Partnering closely with multiple suppliers to source materials and components in a timely and economical manner and to negotiate contracts..
- Led and managed multiple R&D projects from conception to production, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Product Management
- Perform the development and management of the line- up portfolio plan and efficiency improvement efforts and market issue response.
- Generate reports with insights & action plans.
- Monitor & Analyze market trend/market share.
- Participate in devising the pricing operation strategy of each segment and model.
- Perform the product/service launch timeline setting by analyzing the new model&039;s target quantity and its profit and loss, and by working with the marketing department.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
· Proficiency in Microsoft applications, (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) is a must.
· Strong knowledge and experience of at least 2 years with Product Engineer/ Product Pricing/Product Portfolio Management/Trade Category Planning.
· Proficient in English.
· Minimum 1 years of experience in market product category experience or project management experience in the Home appliance and related industry.

· Talent and aptitude to analyse and solve problems independently.
· Excellent written, verbal communication and organisational skills.
· Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results.
· Prior experience in consumer electronics industries.
