Our client is an e- commerce platform in Vietnam who is looking for an senior in product management:

Establish measurable and explicit goals for products aligned with the overall business objectives.
Encourage a culture of ongoing development by using metrics, feedback, and mentoring.
Oversee the development, delivery, and planning of our product strategy for common platform products.
Inspire the team to come up with new ideas and improve the product experience.
Integrate internal data, market and user research, and industry best practices to develop strategic domain insights.
Constantly enhance product cadeness in cooperation with engineering organizations.

Excellent communication.
Multi level stakeholders and functional team management.
Analytical skills with ability to make data informed decisions.
Great leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or any related major
Solid experience in product management with experience in technology platform products.
Strong team management and coaching expertise.
Customer- centric mindset and great empathy.
Ability to code and understand how a cloud native software works.
