Product Development Scientist

(a) Product Development:
- Conduct laboratory experiments, pilot trials, and scale- up activities.
- Collaborate with Rich’s Global team to lift and adapt for local needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and leading market trends in Vietnam.
- Develop and optimize formulations for new and existing products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and scientific advancements.
- Familiarity with sensory evaluation and shelf- life studies.
(b) Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Work with suppliers to identify new solutions and source innovative ingredients to ensure the highest product quality.
(c) Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure all products comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of formulations, processes, and test results.
(d) Cross- Functional Collaboration:
- Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sale team, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory teams.
- Provide technical support during product launches and troubleshooting.
