Product Development Executive

Product Research & Development (50%)

Gather and analyze feedback from customers, employees, and stakeholders to refine product designs and ensure quality.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and relevant technologies to maintain Ru9’s competitive edge.
Conduct in- depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation in sleep and comfort products.
Assist in brainstorming and conceptualizing new products or enhancements to Ru9’s product portfolio (mattresses, bedding, accessories, etc.).
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to develop prototypes and test new products.

Project Coordination (30%)

Prepare detailed project reports for the CEO, including updates on timelines, budgets, and milestones.
Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively propose solutions to keep projects on track.
Support the CEO in managing product development timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations) and external partners (e.g., suppliers, contractors) to ensure seamless execution of product development projects.

Product Lifecycle Management (20%)

Create and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
Support the CEO in identifying opportunities to optimize product costs, improve quality, and extend product lifecycles.
Assist in planning and executing product launches, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
Track product performance post- launch, analyzing customer feedback and sales data to assess success.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working with cross- functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders is a plus.
1- 2 years of experience in product development, operations, project management, or a related role. Fresh graduates with internships or relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast- paced environment.
Excellent research and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), project management software (Trello, Asana, Lark..), and basic design tools is a plus.
