Product Developer (Merchandiser)

Additional Support: Assist with other tasks as needed to support the product development process.
Technical Communication: Effectively translate specifications, comments, and bills of materials (SPEC, COMMENT, BOM) from English to Vietnamese for clear communication within the team.
Sample Management: Manage sample orders (Prototype, PRO/ISR, KAMP/GTM) by tracking material status and schedules. Collaborate with the Purchasing team to address any potential delays and maintain on- time sample delivery.
Production Preparation: Analyze weekly burst reports to prepare for buy- ready schedules, ensuring a smooth transition to production.

Experience: Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in sportswear apparel product development in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
A basic understanding of 3D digital sampling software (V- Stitcher or CLO) is a plus.
University degree in Textile Technology or a related field
Production Planning: Familiarity with Garment Size Development (GSD) or Standard Allowance Minute (SAM) concepts is preferred.
Quality Awareness: Demonstrate a basic understanding of quality control for textile fabrics and accessories.
Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of technical aspects including maker efficiency, pattern design, garment construction methods, and nesting techniques for engineered materials and graphics.
Collaborative Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Strong communication skills in both English
